Paint Shop Pro 6
This is one of the best picture creation and editing softwares around for amateurs (Pros use all deadly stuff). I made/edited the pictures on this site with PSP 5, but I am sure PSP 6 is far better. It has more options in filters, masks and picture tube.
This is a 30-day trial package, which lasts for 60 days, following which it stops working. Downloading once again dose'nt help. You want to know a way to keep operating PSP, contact me by phone (for those who know it) or by email.
